Hello lovelies! I hope you had a great weekend. Mine was… productive. We had some great weather in Chicago and with 80° days today and forecasted ahead, it seems summer has arrived. I tend to Snapchat daily, and a lot on the weekends, so make sure you add me: PrettyPerfect89.

I bought this pink floral print dress months ago and after wearing it over the weekend, it is such a favorite of mine. The v-neckline is deep, but if you’ve got the confidence to rock it, wear it. It’s a gorgeous dress, and I’ll be wearing this tropical number throughout the season. The dress is flowy and comfortable, and can be worn dressed up with heels and a clutch, or played down with a pair of flat sandals and a hat (well, unless you have hair like mine… because my ‘fro and hats don’t play well together, haha)!

In a previous post, I mentioned I got a new camera lens. Lately, I’ve been putting more effort into gaining more DSLR camera knowledge and photo tips. I actually read the pins I pin and have gone to Google and YouTube with my questions. I’m not very satisfied with the photos in this post, but their turn out further motivated me to improve my camera know-how. So, hopefully things keep on improving!!
